Will this work with my current website?
Yes. Booking, lead forms, chat, and review widgets are designed to work on any modern website. If your site needs a cleaner foundation, CF Design can help there too.
Is CF Platform HIPAA compliant?
CF Platform is being built HIPAA-ready, not represented as HIPAA-certified. Secure mode avoids storing health information, limits text messages to logistics, and keeps patient conversations in a protected portal. A signed BAA is not currently implied.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your contacts, conversations, appointments, and payment history. We believe leaving should be a business decision, not a hostage negotiation.
Is there a plan for churches?
Yes. Churches can start on a useful free plan, then choose a pay-what-you-can amount when they need paid messaging features. The suggested amount is a guide, not a guilt trip.
