Our privacy promise
CF Design Studio collects the information needed to respond to you, provide requested services, operate CF Platform, protect accounts, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through a contact form, booking request, account setup, support conversation, or service agreement, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to share. CF Platform also records account, device, security, usage, and audit information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, deliver and improve services, process requested transactions, authenticate users, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and send service communications. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can opt out of them.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, payments, security, and analytics. They receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own terms and our applicable agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, accounts, or the service.
Text messaging data
Mobile and SMS opt-in data is not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text programs or HELP for help.
Data retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Depending on your relationship and applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, or legal reasons.
Security and sensitive information
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can promise absolute security. Do not submit health information or other sensitive personal information through public marketing forms. Secure-mode customers should use the protected portal for sensitive conversations.
