Terms of service

Agreement
These terms govern access to CF Design Studio websites, CF Platform, and related services. A proposal, order form, or service agreement may add project-specific terms. If those terms conflict, the signed project-specific agreement controls for that service.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account. Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, bypass security, send messages without required consent, or store information the selected workflow is not designed to hold.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of content and business data you provide. You grant CF Design Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use it.
Messaging and consent
You are responsible for lawful contact lists, consent records, message content, and compliance with applicable email, telephone, and carrier rules. Platform guardrails support good practice but do not replace your legal responsibilities.
Health information and secure mode
CF Platform is not an electronic health record. Do not store protected health information in standard CRM fields, public forms, text messages, or payment descriptions. “HIPAA-ready” does not create a Business Associate Agreement. A BAA applies only when separately executed in writing.
Fees, renewals, and third-party costs
Pricing, billing frequency, included usage, and optional services are shown in your order or billing screen. Provider usage, messaging overages, phone numbers, and payment processing may have separate costs. You authorize charges you approve through the selected billing method.
Church and nonprofit pricing
Church and nonprofit pricing is reserved for eligible religious and nonprofit organizations. Misrepresentation may lead to plan conversion or termination. Verification does not require an EIN in every case, but CF Design Studio may request enough public or organizational information to confirm eligibility.
Availability, changes, and termination
Services may change as security, provider, and product requirements evolve. We may suspend access to prevent harm, address unpaid fees, or respond to material violations. You may stop renewing according to your billing terms and request an available export of your data.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Services are provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular marketing result, or compliance for your organization. Generated policy templates and educational resources are general information, not legal advice.
